I know, it's way different than my usual pieces. I just bought a set of watercolor pencils (I know, that's cheating, but paint is expensive!!!) and I wanted to combine it with pen, which is my favorite medium. It's a pretty big piece so I had to scan it in in two parts, but I touched up the line the best I could in photoshop (that isn't cheating, btw :P)

Oh, and the black border was done in paint.

I really like the idea, it and it's a beautiful picture, you just need to work a little harder on the linework, especially around the paws and a little in the muzzels.

Thanks! I do plan to redo this when I get better but I was on an animal (particularly pokémon) drawing kick this past summer. To be honest, I rarely drew animals before then so I'm actually still quite new ^^. Thanks for pointing that out so that I can continue to improve!
